The annals of nutritional food and current research, is an open access and peer reviewed journal. It is dedicated to give access to research findings in the area of nutritional disorders that results due to less or excessive intake of nutrients and food. Manuscripts related to chronic diseases that arise from improper nutrition like diabetes mellitus, cancer and hypertension are encouraged as they serves as a guide for healthy eating habits for the public.
The journal focuses on nutrition related diseases like eating disorders, obesity, malnutrition and abnormalities due to improper development, which can be prevented by taking a good and nutritious diet. Food intolerance and allergies, hereditary metabolic issues and possible hazards from food supplies are also discussed.
Information related to food science and nutrition, original work on dietary supplements, review cases, short communications, case reports and perspectives are welcomed for publication.
